Agile Transformation for a Multi-National Media Company
The client was struggling to deliver a time-sensitive project. PhiSeC was brought in to help get the project back on track. By taking a step back and evaluating the current situation we worked with the current teams to implement a clean and simple process that allowed management to understand progress and enabled developers and analysts sufficiently granular tasks to feel empowered to progress their work through the flow.
Accelerating a Startup into the Cloud
A successful recruitment startup needed help going from their monolith application to a scalable cloud-based solution. PhiSeC ran the delivery of the new project, bringing in the skills and expertise that the startup was struggling to find. We worked with the Product Owner and CTO and delivered a fully cloud-based, CICD, infrastructure-as-code solution which allowed the startup to make the giant leap they had been desperate for.
